We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50! For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination.
1. Order Processing Time
To ensure your accessories are perfectly prepped, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 calendar days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a joyful notification email the moment your order is dispatched.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday). Actual delivery times may slightly vary depending on your local carrier's efficiency.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, usually when the order value exceeds your country’s duty-free threshold. While we ship under DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) terms, certain countries may still impose additional charges.

Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can easily check your order's journey:

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
We know how exciting it is to wait for your new pieces.
- If your package goes missing in transit: Please reach out to us before it is marked as "Delivered," and we will step in to help resolve the issue.
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but it’s nowhere to be found: While Happiio cannot be held legally liable for packages after successful delivery confirmation, we still want to help. Please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim, and let our support team know so we can guide you through the process.
