Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Happiio accessories. If something isn’t quite right, we have made our return and exchange process as simple as possible.
Returns & Refunds
- 14-Day Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Return Shipping: For returns unrelated to product quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return package, we will send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges
- 14-Day Window: We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping Costs: Similar to returns, the customer covers the shipping costs for exchanges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get your accessories to you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at 📩support@happiio.com.
- Before Shipping: We are happy to cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may simply return the item following our standard 14-day return policy once it arrives.
