How can I track my order?

You can use the"Track Your Order"link at the bottom of our site to see your package's journey in real-time.Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address or items after placing an order?

Yes, absolutely! As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we are happy to swap it for you. Please email us at support@happiio.comas soon as possible so we can catch your package before it leaves.

Returns & Cancellation

Do you offer exchanges? 

Yes! If you'd like a different item, please contact us and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability.

 Can I cancel my order?

We move fast! If you contact us within30 minutesof placing your order, we can cancel it for a full refund. Once processed for shipping, the order cannot be canceled.

What if I change my mind?

No worries! We offer a14-day return window. As long as the items are unworn and in their original packaging, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives less than perfect, please email us immediately with a photo. We’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

Are they durable and secure?

100% secure. Happiio uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data, and we never store your credit card information.

Will these covers fit all my buttons?

No worries!Our 2-in-1 covers are designed to fit most standard shirt and cardigan buttons. They simply clip over your existing buttons for an instant style upgrade.
